Refund and Returns Policy - Sonic Fingerprint Studios

Overview

Cancellation fees, late payment and other gripes.

At Sonic Fingerprint Studios, we start by giving a mile, not an inch. Invoices are to be paid any time through the month. Standard practice is 48 hours to fill the spot or half the lesson is charged. Here, there is no late cancellation fee. Tell us if you are sick and we can make the call if we want to risk it. Do your best and we are all cool.

Prices are at the minimum industry standard rate, if you need a discount, we are almost always happy to accomodate. We believe music is worth sharing more than we believe in charging every dollar. Talk to us and we will find a way to get through without interrupting weekly lessons.

Refunds

Obviously any untaught lessons are refunded if needed for any reason. Eg… moving house, lost job, whatever life throws at you (or us).

In order to refund, we need your bank details.

Asshole tax

I have a lot to give. If I give a mile and I feel someone is constantly taking inches, and then is rude, I reserve the right to refund any remaining lessons and move on with the 99.9% of amazing people I work with. This has only happened once and I hope it never happens again.

Nothing unusual, just don’t be an asshole.
